Job Responsibility
Accurately enter orders from various platforms in a timely manner
Handle incoming and outgoing calls, providing updates on order status and tracking shipments
Keep customer profiles and 3rd party portals updated
Process consumer complaints through the QSM portal and follow up
Work closely with the logistics team on new orders, delivery changes, and ensuring samples are delivered on time
Assist the outside sales team with questions, sample requests, and follow-ups
Print and verify daily performance reports to ensure all data is 100% accurate
Requirements
Previous experience working within the Food/CPG industry is required
Comfortable using ERP systems (like NAV) and retail portals
manual dexterity for consistent computer use is essential
Ability to maintain detailed checklists and backup information for various accounts
Ready to be fully cross-trained to support colleagues and onboard new team members
Excellent email etiquette for coordinating with Purchasing, Logistics, and CSMs
