We are looking for a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team in Sparks, Nevada. This role combines front office responsibilities with providing exceptional service to customers, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Job Responsibility:
Greet and assist customers at the front desk, addressing inquiries and providing information
Handle incoming and outgoing calls, ensuring prompt and attentive communication
Process payments accurately and efficiently, maintaining detailed records
Manage paperwork and documentation with a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail
Resolve customer concerns, including handling disputes and addressing challenging situations
Coordinate the release of vehicles from the tow yard, ensuring proper procedures are followed
Perform general clerical tasks, including filing, order entry, and data management
Maintain a clean and organized front office environment
Deliver excellent customer service, fostering positive relationships with clients
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related role
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to handle challenging situations and resolve conflicts effectively
Proficiency in order entry and basic computer applications
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
Experience in managing payments and financial transactions
Ability to maintain a detail-oriented approach and adapt to a fast-paced environment
Nice to have:
