Job Description:

We are seeking a part time Customer Service Representative for Advant commercial and Contract Manufacturing customers. Join our team here in Advant Medical, Parkmore, Galway! We seek ambitious and motivated staff with the potential to develop and grow with us and who help drive our business forward.

Requirements:

  • Secondary school qualification (or equivalent)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role essential

Nice to have:

  • Certificate or diploma in business administration, customer service, or a related field
  • Experience or training in regulated industry (medical devices, pharmaceuticals, healthcare)
  • Experience working with ERP or CRM systems
  • Familiarity with medical device products or healthcare customers

  • Consistently work towards meeting or exceeding loan goals
  • Process insurance claims, follow-ups and payments on a daily basis, and keep an updated insurance log
  • Provide top-tier customer service through daily transactions, customer inquiries and problem resolution
  • Handle incoming phone calls and check the branch's voicemail regularly
  • Demonstrate the organization's philosophy and core values through strong communication and customer relations skills
