We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to support daily operations in a fast-paced environment. This role is responsible for managing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of service across all interactions.
Job Responsibility
Respond to inbound calls, emails, and customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
Resolve customer issues, complaints, and requests with a focus on customer satisfaction
Process orders, updates, and account changes accurately within internal systems
Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of customer interactions
Coordinate with internal departments to resolve service or account-related issues
Provide product, service, or policy information to customers as needed
Support administrative tasks including data entry, reporting, and scheduling
Ensure adherence to company policies and service standards
Requirements
1+ years of customer service, call center, or administrative support experience
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
High attention to detail and accuracy
Proficient in Microsoft Office and data entry systems
