Our client, a respected nonprofit organization, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support their mission in a fast-paced call center environment. This role is ideal for a compassionate and professional candidate who enjoys making a positive difference in the community.
Job Responsibility:
Respond attentively to phone, email, and online inquiries from clients, volunteers, and donors
Provide accurate information about programs, services, and organizational initiatives
Triage calls when appropriate and ensure concerns are addressed or routed to the appropriate team member
Maintain detailed records of interactions in the organization’s database in accordance with privacy standards
Support fundraising campaigns, event registrations, and outreach projects through exemplary customer service
Collaborate with team members and management to resolve complex issues and ensure a positive experience for all stakeholders
Uphold the nonprofit’s values of empathy, integrity, and inclusivity in every interaction
Requirements:
Previous experience in a call center, customer service, or nonprofit environment preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate records
Ability to problem-solve and adapt to changing priorities and call volumes
Proficiency with common office software and comfort with learning new systems
