A dynamic and fast-paced organization is looking for a motivated Customer Service Representative to join its team. You will act as the first point of contact for customers, providing assistance, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction.
Job Responsibility:
Handle inbound calls, emails, and online inquiries with professionalism and promptness
Resolve customer concerns by identifying solutions and ensuring follow-up
Document interactions and maintain detailed records in CRM systems
Process and track customer orders, returns, and refunds as needed
Identify potential cross-selling or upselling opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction
Assist in updating FAQs, scripts, and knowledge management resources
Collaborate with other departments, such as sales or billing, to resolve customer issues
Requirements:
Previous customer service or call center experience is a plus (not required)
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to remain calm under pressure
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Familiarity with CRM systems or similar tools is appreciated but not required
