Job Description:

A dynamic and fast-paced organization is looking for a motivated Customer Service Representative to join its team. You will act as the first point of contact for customers, providing assistance, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction.

Job Responsibility:

  • Handle inbound calls, emails, and online inquiries with professionalism and promptness
  • Resolve customer concerns by identifying solutions and ensuring follow-up
  • Document interactions and maintain detailed records in CRM systems
  • Process and track customer orders, returns, and refunds as needed
  • Identify potential cross-selling or upselling opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction
  • Assist in updating FAQs, scripts, and knowledge management resources
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as sales or billing, to resolve customer issues

Requirements:

  • Previous customer service or call center experience is a plus (not required)
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Familiarity with CRM systems or similar tools is appreciated but not required
