Job Responsibility
Respond to multifaceted enquiries and resolve escalated complaints across multiple interaction channels
Provide timely, accurate, and high-quality advice regarding services and products
Update, maintain, and secure records and databases in compliance with privacy and legislative requirements
Contribute to workplace efficiency by sharing new ideas and identifying opportunities for process improvement
Requirements
2–3 years of customer service experience (Call Centre, Admin, or Retail)
Previous experience in an office environment is required
Previous government experience is highly preferred, but not mandatory
