We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Exton, Pennsylvania. This hybrid position offers the flexibility of working onsite three days a week and remotely for two days. Job Responsibility:
Respond to inbound and outbound calls, providing exceptional service and resolving customer inquiries efficiently
Accurately process and manage order entries, ensuring all details are recorded correctly
Maintain clear and detail-oriented communication with clients to address their concerns and provide solutions
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth handling of customer requests and orders
Utilize company systems and tools to track and manage customer interactions effectively
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures during all customer interactions
Proactively identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships
Manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a high level of attention to detail and accuracy
Requirements:
Proven experience in a customer service or call center role
Strong skills in handling inbound and outbound calls professionally
Familiarity with order entry processes and systems
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
High level of organizational skills with attention to detail
Proficiency in using computer systems and customer management tools
Must pass background and drug screenings prior to employment
