Job Responsibility
Respond to incoming customer calls with patience and a solutions-focused approach
Assist callers with questions, concerns, and service requests while providing clear and accurate information
Enter customer orders and related details into the appropriate system with strong attention to accuracy
Handle a steady flow of call center activity, balancing efficiency with a positive customer experience
Make outbound calls as needed to follow up on requests, confirm information, or resolve outstanding issues
Document customer interactions thoroughly to ensure records are complete and up to date
Coordinate with internal teams when necessary to address customer needs and support timely issue resolution
Requirements
Previous experience in a customer service or call center environment
Ability to manage inbound calls efficiently while maintaining a courteous and attentive demeanor
Strong order entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
Comfortable handling both inbound and outbound phone communication
Clear verbal communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with a wide range of customers
Basic computer proficiency and confidence navigating systems used for customer support and data entry
