Job Responsibility:
Inbound Support: Answer incoming calls and emails, providing accurate information and resolving issues efficiently
Outbound Outreach: Conduct proactive calls to follow up on inquiries, provide account updates, and ensure customer satisfaction
Data Management: Accurately update customer records in their CRM after every interaction
Problem Solving: Think on your feet to find solutions that leave the customers smiling
Collaboration: Work closely with the wider team to improve our service processes
Requirements:
Communication Skills: clear, professional phone manner and can write a sharp email
Resilience: stay calm under pressure
Tech Savvy: previous experience with CRM software & use of different systems
Experience: previous experience in a call centre is preferred, but a great attitude is mandatory
