Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team in Charlotte, North Carolina. This is a Contract position, offering a great opportunity to contribute to a dynamic environment within the wholesale distribution industry. The role involves supporting customers, managing orders, and ensuring a seamless experience for both internal and external stakeholders.

Job Responsibility:

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and a positive attitude
Create and manage sales orders for installations and services, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Schedule and coordinate service appointments and installations for customers and builders
Update and maintain order information in Service Works and other relevant systems
Assist with invoicing, billing, and other administrative tasks to support operations
Collaborate effectively with team members while demonstrating self-motivation and initiative
Utilize Microsoft Excel and other web portals to manage data and track progress
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
Take detailed notes during training sessions to master system processes and tools

Requirements:

Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a call center or similar setting
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the ability to navigate various web portals
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers and team members
Self-motivated and capable of working both independently and collaboratively
Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of professionalism
Experience with scheduling, invoicing, and billing tasks is highly desirable
Punctuality and reliability to ensure smooth daily operations
