Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative II to join our team in Baltimore, Maryland. In this long-term contract position, you will play a critical role in assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring their satisfaction. Job Responsibility:

Handle inbound calls efficiently while providing accurate information and support to customers
assist customers with inquiries related to benefit functions, financial services, and housing programs
utilize CRM software and other computer programs to document and manage customer interactions
apply knowledge of Fair Housing Law and Low Income Tax Credit Housing (LITCH) to provide appropriate guidance
address customer concerns with professionalism and empathy, ensuring resolution in a timely manner
collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance service delivery
monitor call center metrics using tools like Avaya CMS to maintain high performance standards
stay updated on company policies and procedures to provide consistent and accurate information
conduct follow-ups with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any lingering issues

Requirements:

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center role
proficiency in using CRM systems and other customer service software
strong understanding of Fair Housing Law and Low Income Tax Credit Housing (LITCH)
familiarity with tools such as Avaya CMS and ADP for financial services
excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
problem-solving skills with a customer-focused approach
strong computer literacy and ability to quickly learn new systems and programs
