Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative II to join our team in Baltimore, Maryland. In this long-term contract position, you will play a critical role in assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring their satisfaction. Job Responsibility:

  • Handle inbound calls efficiently while providing accurate information and support to customers
  • assist customers with inquiries related to benefit functions, financial services, and housing programs
  • utilize CRM software and other computer programs to document and manage customer interactions
  • apply knowledge of Fair Housing Law and Low Income Tax Credit Housing (LITCH) to provide appropriate guidance
  • address customer concerns with professionalism and empathy, ensuring resolution in a timely manner
  • collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance service delivery
  • monitor call center metrics using tools like Avaya CMS to maintain high performance standards
  • stay updated on company policies and procedures to provide consistent and accurate information
  • conduct follow-ups with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any lingering issues

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center role
  • proficiency in using CRM systems and other customer service software
  • strong understanding of Fair Housing Law and Low Income Tax Credit Housing (LITCH)
  • familiarity with tools such as Avaya CMS and ADP for financial services
  • excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • problem-solving skills with a customer-focused approach
  • strong computer literacy and ability to quickly learn new systems and programs
