We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team on a long-term contract basis near Saddle Brook, New Jersey. In this role, you will handle a variety of tasks aimed at ensuring smooth communication with clients and providing accurate administrative support. Job Responsibility:
Perform administrative tasks to support daily operations and ensure organized workflows
Conduct callback verifications to confirm critical customer and account details
Verify and update bank account information with accuracy and attention to detail
Respond to inbound calls promptly and professionally, addressing customer inquiries and concerns
Enter and process customer orders efficiently using appropriate systems
Utilize Microsoft Office tools to manage documentation and maintain records
Collaborate with team members to resolve customer issues and enhance service quality
Adapt to additional responsibilities as needed to support department goals
Requirements:
Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a call center environment
Strong skills in order entry and managing customer accounts
Ability to professionally handle inbound calls and provide excellent service
Proficiency in Office applications, including Word and Excel
Attention to detail and accuracy in verifying and updating information
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and assist with various tasks
