Customer Service Representative

• Assist customers with navigating product regulations, shipments, and compliance requirements for restricted items
• process and oversee ecommerce orders with precision, ensuring accuracy in all transactions
• collaborate with warehouse and inventory teams to verify product availability, resolve discrepancies, and address stock issues
• manage returns and exchanges, including inspecting returned items and communicating resolutions to customers
• monitor and follow up on delayed or high-value orders, keeping customers informed throughout the process
• update and maintain product listings, FAQs, and documentation to enhance customer knowledge and reduce inquiries
• verify orders by reviewing required documentation and licenses when applicable
• support cross-departmental needs, such as assisting with inventory projects or marketing initiatives
• maintain accuracy in order management systems, inventory tracking, and customer support platforms
• provide prompt and detail-focused responses to customer inquiries via phone, email, or other communication channels.

• Proven experience in customer service, preferably in an ecommerce or retail environment
• proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and order management systems
• strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to handle inbound and outbound calls effectively
• detail-oriented with excellent organizational and follow-up abilities
• comfortable working around firearms and firearm parts, with an interest in military history or tactical gear being a plus
• ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy
• familiarity with data entry and email correspondence tools
• team-oriented mindset with a proactive, self-starting attitude.
