As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the frontline ambassador for our brand, ensuring every customer interaction reflects our commitment to excellence, responsiveness, and care.
Job Responsibility:
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, sales, logistics, and production teams within your assigned territory
Accurately enter and manage orders received via email, phone, fax, or EDI into our company database
Collaborate with Sales to confirm pricing and resolve order-related issues swiftly
Coordinate with Production and Logistics to ensure timely product availability and delivery
Process contracts and confirm orders to meet service goals
Build strong internal and external relationships to support seamless operations
Stay informed on Catania Oils’ product specifications, customer profiles, and market dynamics
Actively participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement
Support special projects and other duties as assigned
Requirements:
3–5 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment
2 years of college preferred
Familiarity with EDI systems is a plus
Strong communication and organizational skills
A proactive, team-first mindset with a passion for customer satisfaction
