We are seeking a Skilled Customer Service Representative to support customer inquiries, order entry, and service-related communications. This role focuses on maintaining strong customer relationships, resolving issues effectively, and supporting internal teams through accurate documentation and communication.
Job Responsibility:
Provide customer support related to sales, promotions, service requests, installations, and general product inquiries
Maintain positive customer relationships and ensure all claims or complaints are resolved fairly and in accordance with applicable consumer regulations
Support organization-wide efforts to proactively inform, educate, and guide customers through processes and service updates
Develop and implement improvement plans based on customer surveys or feedback
Follow clearly defined procedures to ensure accurate order entry, documentation, and case handling
Communicate effectively across teams to ensure customer needs are fully addressed
Maintain compliance with established operational guidelines, workflows, and technical procedures
Requirements:
2+ years of customer service experience, preferably involving order entry, data entry, or transactional support
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
Reliable, punctual, and able to meet schedule expectations
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to follow structured procedures and work within established guidelines
Nice to have:
Experience handling customer claims or service escalations
Familiarity with CRM or order management systems (any platform welcome)
Ability to identify and communicate process improvements
