What You Will Be Doing Working as part of a busy internal sales team, you will play a key role in driving sales and delivering excellent customer service: Identifying opportunities to increase customer spend and fill product gaps Building strong relationships to encourage repeat business Managing inbound calls and responding to customer enquiries Processing orders, returns, and pro formas accurately Providing pricing, stock, and delivery information Handling customer queries and complaints in a professional manner Working towards individual and team KPIs and sales targets What You Will Need to Succeed Previous experience in customer service or internal sales Strong sales mindset with a proactive approach Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) Confident telephone manner with a customer-first attitude Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office Quick to learn new systems and processes A team player who can also work independently Benefits £28,500 base salary Quarterly bonus scheme (up to 5% per quarter / 20% annually) 25 days holiday plus bank holidays Hybrid working (2 days from home after probation) Free on-site parking 6% employer pension contribution Life insurance (4x salary) Ongoing training, support, and career development What to do now Please apply now with your most up to date CV, and I will get back to you as soon as I can, thanks!
