Customer Service Representative

• Act as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
• Build and sustain positive relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty
• Manage requests for quotes (RFQs), process purchase orders, and handle change orders with accuracy
• Maintain organized and up-to-date electronic and physical sales order files
• Collaborate with sales, production, logistics, and finance teams to ensure seamless operations
• Perform detailed data entry tasks to support order processing and record management
• Monitor and follow up on customer orders to ensure timely delivery and address any concerns
• Utilize Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel, to manage and analyze data effectively
• Stay attentive to detail in all aspects of the role to ensure accuracy and reliability
• Adhere to company policies and procedures while maintaining a high standard of conduct

• Proven experience in customer service, preferably within a call center or manufacturing environment
• Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
• Familiarity with purchase orders and basic understanding of manufacturing processes is a plus
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced setting
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. for this role
