You’ll be the voice (and vibe) of the company — handling inquiries, solving issues, and making sure every customer interaction feels smooth and human.
Job Responsibility:
Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone
Resolve issues efficiently and with empathy
Track and document interactions in CRM systems
Escalate complex cases when needed
Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience
Identify patterns in customer feedback and suggest improvements
Requirements:
1+ year experience in customer support (BPO or remote support is a plus)
Strong English communication skills (written & verbal)
Comfortable using tools like CRM systems, Google Workspace, Slack, etc.
Detail-oriented
Can multitask without dropping the ball
Reliable internet connection & distraction-free workspace
Nice to have:
Have experience supporting US clients
Have worked in fast-paced startup environments
Love improving processes and suggesting smarter ways to do things
