We are looking for a dedicated and personable Customer Service Representative to join our team on a contract basis in Glendale, California. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for tenants, ensuring their inquiries are addressed efficiently and with professionalism. This is a fully on-site position, offering an excellent opportunity to build connections and provide outstanding support in a dynamic environment.

Job Responsibility:

Respond to tenant inquiries via phone, providing accurate information and solutions
Direct tenants to the appropriate departments based on their needs and concerns
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of property management systems and processes
Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing issues promptly and professionally
Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless communication and client satisfaction
Utilize technology effectively to manage tenant records and track interactions
Build positive relationships with tenants to foster trust and reliability
Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality
Assist in resolving tenant complaints while adhering to company policies
Ensure all communication aligns with company standards and enhances tenant experience

Requirements:

Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or related roles
Familiarity with property management operations, including residential and commercial properties
Proficiency in using Yardi software or similar property management systems
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
Friendly and outgoing personality with a commitment to providing excellent service
Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems
High level of professionalism and attention to detail
