Job Description:

Job Responsibility:

Review and analyze commercial property data with precision and attention to detail
Conduct online research to locate property information and related municipal jurisdictions
Follow established processes and timelines to ensure efficient task completion
Manage and organize documents, ensuring proper preservation and accessibility
Monitor requests and prioritize timely processing to meet deadlines
Input accurate information and notes into the database while maintaining updated records
Perform detailed research using online resources to gather necessary documents and data
Coordinate mailing activities, including FedEx shipments, to ensure smooth operations
Achieve production targets while maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy
Collaborate with team members to balance workloads and support collective goals

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent education is required
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in data entry
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on precision and clarity
Proficiency in intermediate computer skills and digital literacy
Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting
Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Research and analytical skills to thoroughly review documents and data
Reliable attendance and a results-oriented work ethic
