Our client is seeking a friendly and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional support to customers and help maintain strong client relationships. This role is responsible for handling inquiries, resolving issues, processing orders, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Job Responsibility
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner
Resolve customer concerns and escalate complex issues as needed
Process orders, returns, account updates, and service requests
Maintain accurate customer records and document interactions in company systems
Provide product, service, and policy information to customers
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution
Follow up with customers to confirm satisfaction and ensure completion of requests
Support additional administrative or operational tasks as needed
Requirements
1+ years of customer service, administrative support, or call center experience
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer service software or CRM systems
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Professional, positive, and customer-focused attitude
Nice to have
Experience in a high-volume customer service environment
Bilingual skills are a plus
Associate’s degree preferred
