We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative in Simpsonville, South Carolina. Job Responsibility:
Handle both inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with loan processes and inquiries
Provide guidance and support throughout the loan application process
Build rapport with customers to drive satisfaction and trust
Collaborate with the team to meet sales and service goals
Ensure compliance with licensing requirements

Maintain accurate records and data entry for all customer interactions
Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively
Promote company services and products to potential customers
Uphold company standards and policies during all customer interactions
Monitor and follow up on applications to ensure timely completion
Requirements:
Previous experience in customer service or a call center environment
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to handle inbound and outbound calls efficiently
Familiarity with sales processes and customer engagement
Proficiency in managing data entry and maintaining accurate records
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
Must pass background, drug, and credit checks
Willingness to obtain required licensing, with training provided by the company
