Job Description:

Customer Service Representative role with a Wilmington Delaware client, seeking a positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt. The role involves engaging with customers, order management, customer file maintenance, and providing sales support.

Job Responsibility:

Fulfill customer inquiries
Order/Vendor Management
Build strong customer relationships
Process Improvement
Sales Support
Maintain customer records
Delivery Tracking
Follow-up with all customer correspondence via phone and email
Ability to transfer documentation into a Paperless Environment
Engage with customers on order requests and updates
Create and update customer files
Draft customer quotes
Assist with inventory management
Fulfill customer orders
Submit scheduling forms
Attend weekly sales meetings
Resolve customer inquiries
Research and identify areas for process improvement
Provide administrative assistance

Requirements:

2+ years of customer service experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
SAP experience is preferred
Previous accounting experience
High attention to detail
Great communication skills
Strong multi-tasking capabilities
Ability to thrive within a team environment
Positive attitude
Willingness to learn and adapt

Nice to have:

Bachelors degree in Business Administration
SAP experience
