Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team on a contract basis in Washington, District of Columbia. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries and ensuring a seamless experience. This position offers an opportunity to showcase your communication skills and contribute to customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibility:

Respond promptly to incoming calls, addressing customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism
Facilitate order entry and ensure accuracy in processing customer requests
Handle both inbound and outbound calls while maintaining a high level of service quality
Resolve issues effectively and escalate complex cases when necessary
Maintain detailed and organized records of customer interactions
Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction
Provide product or service information to customers, ensuring clarity and understanding
Adapt to changing priorities and remain flexible in a fast-paced environment
Uphold company policies and standards while delivering exceptional service

Requirements:

Proven experience in call center or customer service roles
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to handle inbound and outbound calls efficiently
Familiarity with order entry procedures and systems
Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Capacity to work independently and as part of a team
Skilled at managing time and prioritizing tasks in a dynamic environment
High school diploma or equivalent required
