Customer Service Representative

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide accurate information regarding aluminum extrusion products
• Process orders efficiently while ensuring all customer requirements are met
• Address customer concerns and resolve issues to maintain high satisfaction levels
• Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate and fulfill customer needs
• Enforce company policies and labor agreements consistently
• Adapt to shifting priorities and manage tasks effectively
• Maintain positive and attentive interactions with customers and colleagues
• Utilize Microsoft Office Suite and customer relationship management software to organize and track customer data
• Apply problem-solving skills to identify and resolve challenges in a timely manner
• Stay informed about manufacturing processes and technical terminology relevant to the aluminum extrusion industry

• Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in manufacturing, metals, or industrial sales
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer relationship management software
• Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing priorities
• Positive attitude with a focus on customer satisfaction
• Excellent problem-solving abilities to address and resolve customer concerns efficiently

Familiarity with manufacturing processes and technical terminology in the aluminum extrusion industry
