Our client is a global leader in the manufacturing of building supplies and outdoor equipment who are looking for 5 passionate Customer Services professionals to join their team based in Pemulwuy to help provide support on a large project. These immediately required temporary Customer Care roles will act as a vital link between the company, business partners and end users. You will be responsible for ensuring a seamless experience through order processing, technical support, and relationship management.
Job Responsibility
Act as the primary point of contact for business partners and end-users, building strong, positive relationships through professional communication
Manage high-volume inquiries via telephone and web, providing accurate information regarding products, pricing, and company policies
Deliver high-level technical information to assist customers with product inquiries and complaints
Efficiently enter and upload orders and data, ensuring high levels of accuracy and adherence to company guidelines
Liaise with sales, marketing, logistics, and warehouse teams to enhance customer satisfaction and resolve anomalies quickly
Requirements
Previous experience in Call Centre, Customer Service, Customer Care, Escalations and Disputes
Experience within Construction, Building, Engineering, Hardware or similar will be highly regarded
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Previous experience in a similar role
