Job Responsibility:
Process customer quotes and ensure accurate conversion of quotes into orders
Provide prompt and attentive assistance to clients via inbound and outbound calls
Manage order entry into the system with precision and attention to detail
Address customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently to maintain satisfaction
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and client support
Maintain updated records of customer interactions and transactions
Follow company guidelines and procedures to uphold service standards
Utilize provided resources, such as cheat sheets, to streamline quoting processes
Assist with onboarding procedures, including setting up customer profiles in the system
Contribute to the positive office environment through teamwork and effective communication
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service role
Proficiency in handling inbound and outbound calls professionally
Strong skills in order entry and database management
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
Familiarity with call center operations and customer service protocols
Attention to detail and organizational skills
