We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team in Mooresville, North Carolina. Job Responsibility:
Provide exceptional customer service by answering inbound and outbound calls and addressing client inquiries
Manage email correspondence, ensuring timely and clear communication
Process and enter orders with accuracy, maintaining attention to detail to avoid errors
Utilize Microsoft Outlook to schedule appointments and manage team communications effectively
Maintain and update spreadsheets in Microsoft Excel, including performing tasks such as data entry and basic reporting
Collaborate with team members to support office operations and ensure smooth workflow
Demonstrate strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities
Adapt to a fast-paced office setting while maintaining high levels of accuracy and efficiency
Participate in product knowledge training to better serve customers and assist with inquiries
Requirements:
Proven experience in customer service or a similar office-based role
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
Familiarity with order entry and data entry processes
Experience handling email correspondence and scheduling appointments
Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively within a diverse team
