We are looking for a dedicated and bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team in Irvine, California. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting customers, ensuring their inquiries are handled efficiently and with attention to detail. This is a long-term contract position with a hybrid schedule, requiring four days onsite and one day remote each week.
Job Responsibility:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email, providing accurate and timely information
Handle both inbound and outbound calls to address customer needs and resolve issues
Process orders and manage data entry tasks with precision
Maintain a strong knowledge of products to assist customers effectively

Requirements:
Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a call center environment
Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is required
Strong knowledge of order entry systems and processes
Ability to handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
Comfortable working in a hybrid schedule with onsite and remote days
