Customer Service Representative

• Respond promptly to tenant inquiries via phone, addressing questions and resolving issues efficiently
• Connect tenants with the appropriate department or personnel to ensure their needs are met
• Maintain accurate records of tenant interactions and updates within property management systems
• Provide support in leasing and property management tasks, ensuring smooth operations
• Utilize Yardi software to manage tenant accounts and property information
• Collaborate with team members to enhance tenant satisfaction and streamline communication
• Handle administrative duties related to property management and leasing
• Monitor and report tenant concerns or maintenance requests to the appropriate departments
• Support the property management team in maintaining compliance with company policies

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in property management, leasing, or a related field
• Proficiency in using property management software, such as Yardi
• Strong communication skills with a friendly and attentive demeanor
• Ability to organize and prioritize tasks effectively in a dynamic environment
• Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new systems and tools
• Detail-oriented and capable of maintaining accurate documentation
• Flexible and collaborative approach to working in a team setting

Experience in residential or commercial property management is highly desirable
