We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Waukesha, Wisconsin. In this role, you will handle inbound and outbound calls, assist customers with inquiries, and ensure their needs are met with professionalism and accuracy. Job Responsibility:
Respond to incoming customer calls with professionalism and attentiveness
Address customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently
Process orders and ensure accurate entry into the system
Maintain clear and concise communication with customers regarding their requests
Handle outbound calls as needed to follow up on customer concerns
Provide detailed information about products or services to customers
Work collaboratively with team members to enhance customer satisfaction
Document interactions and ensure records are updated promptly
Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary
Strive to exceed customer expectations in every interaction
Requirements:
Previous experience in a call center or customer service role
Proficiency in handling inbound and outbound calls
Strong skills in order entry and data accuracy
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
High school diploma or equivalent required
Nice to have:
Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) tools is a plus
Problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset
