Customer Service Representative

• Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned customers by understanding their unique needs and preferences

• Keep detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback
• Provide product-related information, including nutritional details and compliance with food service regulations, to assist customers
• Collaborate with sales, logistics, and operations teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and high levels of customer satisfaction
• Monitor customer accounts proactively to identify potential challenges and provide timely support

• Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a call center environment
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with customers and internal teams
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced setting
• Proficiency in tracking and managing orders, shipments, and customer accounts
• Detail-oriented mindset to maintain accurate records and anticipate customer needs
• Problem-solving skills to address and resolve customer concerns effectively
