We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to support a high-volume client base. This is a contract position suited for someone who communicates clearly, stays organized under pressure, and delivers dependable service across phone and email channels. The person in this role will help customers with day-to-day service requests while managing ongoing relationships within an assigned group of accounts.
Job Responsibility:
Oversee service activity for an assigned portfolio of clients and maintain consistent follow-up to address their needs
Respond to a steady flow of inbound calls, providing timely assistance and accurate resolutions to customer inquiries
Handle customer correspondence through email with a clear, detail-focused tone and strong attention to detail
Support a large customer population by prioritizing requests effectively and ensuring service issues are addressed promptly
Enter and update order-related or customer information accurately within internal systems
Coordinate communication with customers regarding service requests, changes, and general support needs
Manage both inbound and outbound interactions as needed to resolve issues and maintain strong client relationships
Requirements:
Prior experience in customer service, call center support, or a similar client-facing role
Ability to type at least 40 words per minute with solid accuracy
Strong written and verbal communication skills
High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Strong email etiquette and confidence handling customer interactions by phone
Positive attitude with the ability to remain composed during direct or fast-paced communication
Experience with order entry, inbound calls, or outbound customer follow-up is preferred
