Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and personable Customer Service Representative to join our team in Greensboro, North Carolina. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills and a proactive attitude, who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction while supporting various operational functions.

Job Responsibility:

  • Respond promptly to incoming calls, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues with attention to detail
  • Support purchasing processes by coordinating orders, managing vendor communications, and ensuring timely deliveries
  • Assist with customer service activities, including tracking orders and providing updates to clients
  • Collaborate with the operations team to streamline workflows and improve overall efficiency
  • Maintain accurate records of transactions and communications for internal reporting purposes
  • Provide insights and suggestions to enhance customer satisfaction and operational procedures
  • Communicate effectively with vendors and suppliers to ensure smooth purchasing activities
  • Handle basic accounting tasks related to orders and payments, ensuring accuracy and compliance

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, operations, purchasing, or a related field
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and team members
  • Familiarity with buying processes and supply chain operations is preferred
  • Proactive and self-motivated personality with a focus on delivering results
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices is a plus
  • Proficiency in using standard office software and tools
  • Detail-oriented approach with excellent organizational skills
