A highly regarded organization in Bristol PA is seeking a Customer Service Representative for a job opportunity. This position is on-site, Monday through Friday, 9am-5:30pm and will start immediately. This assignment will run for 2 months with a likely extension. There may be an opportunity to become an FTE for the right candidate.
Job Responsibility:
Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Address customer inquiries promptly and professionally through telephone and email communications. Areas of assistance include order processing, returns, delivery updates, billing inquiries, and account information updates
Problem Resolution: Effectively resolve customer concerns, identify trends, and share insights or feedback with the management team to ensure service improvements
Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate records, complete system updates, and manage required paperwork efficiently and with attention to detail
Continuous Learning: Stay updated on product knowledge, system processes, and service procedures with the support of the management team
Requirements:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to handle challenging customer interactions professionally
Proven customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment
Proficient in data entry, email correspondence, and using customer service systems
Adaptability in a dynamic environment with a commitment to maintaining high performance standards in productivity, quality, and dependability
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for managing customer interactions effectively
Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a call center setting
Proficiency in handling inbound and outbound calls with professionalism
Strong attention to detail for accurate data entry and record maintenance
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with order entry systems and customer management software
Dependability and a commitment to meeting performance standards
Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and tools
