Job Description:

We are looking for a friendly and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team in Ashland, Virginia. This Contract-to-Permanent position requires excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to provide outstanding service to clients and visitors. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting various departments and ensuring smooth daily operations.

Job Responsibility:

Coordinate and manage appointment schedules, ensuring efficient time management
welcome visitors warmly and assist them with inquiries or needs
offer administrative support to office staff, sales teams, and production/installation departments
perform general office duties, including computer usage, with proficiency in Microsoft Office
deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining a positive and goal-oriented attitude
demonstrate reliability and punctuality while adhering to a strong work ethic
communicate effectively through clear verbal and written interactions
maintain personal organization to handle multiple tasks efficiently

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or administrative role
proficiency in handling inbound and outbound calls with a focus on client satisfaction
experience with call center operations and order entry processes
strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
familiarity with Adobe tools and at least one CRM is a plus
excellent verbal and written communication skills
ability to remain punctual, reliable, and organized in a fast-paced environment
friendly demeanor with a commitment to providing exceptional customer service
