We are looking for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to handle customer inquiries, provide support, and ensure customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a problem-solving attitude, and a customer-first approach.
Job Responsibility:
Answer customer calls, emails, and chats professionally
Resolve customer issues and provide solutions
Maintain customer records and update databases
Process orders, returns, or service requests
Follow up with customers for feedback and support
Requirements:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to handle customer queries patiently and efficiently
Experience in customer support or a similar role is a plus
Familiarity with CRM software is an advantage
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s preferred)
