• Respond promptly to inbound calls, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues with professionalism
• Process orders efficiently and accurately, ensuring all customer requests are fulfilled
• Maintain detailed and organized records of customer interactions and transactions

• Proven experience in customer service, preferably within a call center environment
• Strong ability to handle inbound and outbound calls efficiently
• Proficiency in order entry and managing customer transactions
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced setting
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Familiarity with non-profit industry operations is a plus
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively
