Due to continued expansion, the team is currently seeking experienced Customer Service Superstars to join and contribute to their success. Job Responsibility:

Handling customer queries across phone, email, and LiveChat with empathy and professionalism
Building strong relationships and trust with customers
Providing accurate information and resolving issues efficiently
Keeping detailed records of customer interactions
Collaborating with internal teams and external partners
Representing the brand with pride and positivity

Requirements:

Prior experience working in customer services (office)
Familiarity with CRM systems (desirable)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
A natural problem-solver with great attention to detail
A team player with a strong customer-first mindset

Nice to have:

Familiarity with CRM systems
