Our client is seeking an enthusiastic, professional Customer Service Representative to join their growing team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and supporting day-to-day business operations. You will be the first point of contact for clients, providing timely and accurate support while representing our client’s values and commitment to service excellence.
Job Responsibility:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat using a courteous and professional manner
Resolve issues efficiently, ensuring complete customer satisfaction at every interaction
Accurately process orders, returns, exchanges, and account updates
Document all customer interactions in CRM systems in accordance with company procedures
Collaborate with team members and other departments to deliver seamless service
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and company policies to provide informed support
Identify opportunities to improve processes and contribute to customer service initiatives
Escalate complex issues as necessary and follow through to resolution
Meet or exceed performance targets in quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required
associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
Previous customer service or call center experience is a plus
Strong communication skills (verbal and written) and active listening abilities
Proficient computer skills, including MS Office and CRM software
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

Proven experience in customer service or a related field
