Job Responsibility:
Respond to inbound calls promptly, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues in a courteous and efficient manner
Manage order entry tasks with high attention to detail and accuracy

Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless handling of customer requests
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using internal systems
Assist with outbound calls when necessary to follow up on customer concerns or inquiries

Requirements:
Proven experience in a call center or customer service role
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
