Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team on a contract basis in Honolulu, Hawaii. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring a seamless and positive experience. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy interacting with people from diverse backgrounds.

Job Responsibility:

Welcome customers warmly and assist them with the check-in process while adhering to company policies and procedures
verify identification and reservation details, ensuring accurate documentation in the system
respond to customer questions and provide information about services, amenities, and nearby attractions
address complaints or concerns with efficiency, escalating complex issues to management when necessary
monitor the environment to ensure safety and report any suspicious activity or hazards
work closely with other departments to ensure that rooms and facilities are prepared to meet customer expectations
promote additional services or amenities to enhance customer satisfaction and contribute to revenue growth
keep detailed records of customer interactions, check-in and check-out transactions, and any incidents that occur

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent
further education in hospitality or a related field is advantageous
prior experience in customer service, preferably within the hospitality sector
excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with a diverse clientele
ability to resolve conflicts and handle complaints professionally
strong attention to detail for accurate record-keeping and documentation
familiarity with safety and security protocols in a customer service environment
capability to work collaboratively with other teams to deliver exceptional service
