In this Contract to permanent role, you will play a key part in ensuring customer satisfaction by providing timely and detail-oriented support to clients. Job Responsibility:
Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide accurate information about products and services
Manage and coordinate schedules to ensure efficient service delivery

Document interactions and maintain up-to-date records in the system
Collaborate with team members to improve service processes and enhance overall efficiency
Identify customer needs and offer tailored solutions to meet their expectations
Monitor and report recurring issues to contribute to process improvements
Assist in training new team members on customer service protocols and tools
Follow company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and consistency in service delivery
Requirements:
Proven experience in a customer service role, ideally between 3 to 10 years
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to manage schedules and coordinate tasks effectively
Proficiency in using customer service software and tools
Problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering solutions
Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
