We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team in Mount Pleasant, South Carolina. This position operates on a 4pm-12am schedule with rotating days, including weekends and holidays, making reliability essential. Job Responsibility:
Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls while maintaining excellent customer service standards
Accurately process orders and perform data entry tasks with close attention to detail
Address customer inquiries and provide resolutions in a timely and thorough manner
Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless communication and workflow
Uphold company policies and procedures when handling sensitive customer information
Adapt to a rotating schedule that includes weekends and holidays
Maintain records and documentation for customer interactions and transactions
Demonstrate problem-solving skills to address and resolve customer concerns effectively
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and confirm resolutions were successful
Participate in training sessions to stay updated on products, services, and company standards
Requirements:
