Customer Service Representative

• Respond promptly to inbound customer inquiries, providing accurate information and solutions
• Process payments and manage customer accounts with precision and efficiency
• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to address billing or account-related concerns
• Assist customers with insurance-related queries and ensure proper documentation submission
• Utilize Microsoft Office Suite to create reports and maintain organized records
• Handle call center operations by answering calls and resolving customer issues effectively
• Scan and manage documents to ensure compliance with company policies
• Explain financial services, taxes, and payoff details in a clear and concise manner
• Support team members to achieve collective goals and maintain a positive work environment
• Provide detailed explanations and assistance to customers regarding various product offerings

• Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a call center environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to address customer needs effectively
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word and Excel
• Familiarity with payment processing, billing, and financial services
• Ability to assist customers with insurance-related inquiries and submissions
• Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively
• Attention to detail and organizational skills to manage customer accounts
• Previous experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus
