Job Description:

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for funeral directors needing assistance or information. You will work to solve timely and critical problems, you will provide detailed product and service information, and you will place accurate and timely orders.

Job Responsibility:

  • Create valuable relationships and build trust with repeat B2B customers
  • Partner with our field service and sales teams to make sure our Batesville Team always delivers the best service in the industry
  • Work in a fast-paced environment
  • Provide service 7 days a week and evenings

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ years related experience in customer service
