Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to support daily order fulfillment and customer service operations for a Long-term Contract position in Los Angeles, California. This role combines customer interaction with hands-on warehouse support, making it ideal for someone who is organized, dependable, and attentive to detail. The selected candidate will help coordinate service activities, manage parts availability, and assist with shipping tasks to ensure orders are processed accurately and on time.

Job Responsibility

Coordinate communication and workflow with the service and repair function to help keep customer requests moving efficiently
Maintain accurate spare parts stock levels and monitor inventory needs to support ongoing operational demands
Assist with packing merchandise and preparing outbound orders to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment
Enter customer orders and update related records with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
Respond to inbound customer inquiries professionally and provide helpful information regarding orders, products, and service needs
Make and receive customer calls as needed to confirm order details, resolve issues, and support overall service delivery
Work across customer service and warehouse activities to help meet daily priorities and shipping deadlines

Requirements

Previous experience in customer service, call center support, or a similar client-facing role
Ability to handle inbound and outbound calls courteously
Experience with order entry and maintaining accurate transaction records
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
Comfortable supporting warehouse-related activities such as packing and order fulfillment when required
Detail-oriented approach with a commitment to accuracy and dependable follow-through
Effective communication skills and a detail-oriented, service-focused attitude
