Job Responsibility:
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
Resolve customer complaints and provide accurate information regarding products and services
Document interactions and follow established procedures for issue escalation
Maintain a high level of professionalism and adhere to company service standards
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met
Assist in identifying trends and opportunities for process improvement
Requirements:
Previous experience in a Customer Service Representative role or similar customer-facing position
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
familiarity with CRM systems preferred
High school diploma required
