We are currently looking for a Seasonal Customer Service Representative at our location in Lantz Nova Scotia. The successful candidate will work in a team environment and support the sales function.
Job Responsibility:
Providing exceptional customer service
Processing orders in our ordering software system, Syspro (training will be provided)
Invoicing, keeping track of transport fleet and pallet credits
Quoting customers for bulk and packaged products
Ordering products, monitoring inventory and coordinating customer orders with our sales team
Working closely with other divisions of The Shaw Group (mainly Shaw Brick) to process combined orders for commercial and retail center clients
Prioritizing orders by pick up or delivery dates and work with Shaw Transport on scheduling
Work with production on customer requirements to assist production scheduling
Managing inventory and keeping the team and customers informed
Create customs documents for orders crossing the border to the US
Gathering new data and assisting sales staff
Updating and managing price lists and communications to sales team and customers
Perform other duties as required
